ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Super Conducting 7 Tesla Magnet Coil Winding project for Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre of Atomic Energy. – Govt. of India. A key component of Cyclotron Reactor.

  • Developed technology for winding sextupole SUPER CONDUCTING MAGNETS for Large Hadron Collider (LHC) for CERN’s Accelerator, Geneva.

  • Designed and made Cryostat, Superconducting Cavity Magnet & Gun Magnets for Gyrotron for Atomic Energy Division.

  • Developed technology for production of D-Shape Superconducting Magnets for
    Plasma Reactor for (for Institute for Plasma Research), Department of Atomic Energy,Government of India.

  • Successfully completed a project of making Edge-Localized Modes (ELM)
    superconducting coils, a key component route towards achieving magnetic fusion reactor scale machine, for JET project – Project of International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER).

  • Fault Current Limiter using Superconducting Switch, sponsored project by Institute for Plasma Research, Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India.

  • Magnetic Field Mapping Set-up for In-situ mapping of magnetic fields in the cyclotron for Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre.

  • Magnetic Field Mapping Set-up, a project sponsored by Institute for Plasma Research, Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India.

  • Designing and making of Superconducting Focusing Lenses for the SSR1
    Cryomodule of PXIE test stand for collaboration project between BARC and Fermilab,
    USA

  • Execution of more than 35 special purpose machines and process projects for reputed firms like Crompton, Siemens, Kirloskar, B.H.E.L., Bajaj Auto Limited, Atomic Energy, Indian Railways, including L&T Ltd, ABB, GEC Alsthom, Etc.
